♥ I do not charge extra for adding decals/personalization or any color/design changes. Our cups are all flat rate based on size and default design. There may be some additional fees for intricate details, but I will let you know in advance.
♥ I use Yeti, Swig, and SIC branded tumblers. All my tumblers are stainless steel and double-walled to ensure your drink stays how you want it! I seal each one with FDA-compliant and UV-resistant resin to keep your tumbler safe to drink out of and look great!

Care Instructions
Apparel:
♥ Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Avoid high heat. No bleach or fabric softener. Do not iron.
Pens:
♥ Do not put them in your mouth. Do not submerge in any liquids. Pen is refillable by unscrewing the tip. Make sure to keep the spring! It will go on the refill you put back in.
Tumblers/Cups:
♥ Easy to clean!
* DO NOT place in dishwasher
* HAND WASH ONLY and do so before initial use.
* DO NOT use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean
* DO NOT place in microwave
* DO NOT place in freezer
* DO NOT leave cup in hot vehicle, extreme heat or in direct sunlight.
Tumblers are shatter resistant NOT shatter proof so, please be careful when handling your cup!
What is Epoxy vs. Sublimation?
EPOXY TUMBLERS describe the type of resin that coats the double walled stainless steel tumblers I use. The epoxy resin I use is heat resistant up to 500° and makes a very shiny finish that almost looks wet. The epoxy resin seals everything in and gives extra insulation to the tumbler also. These tumblers CANNOT go into the dishwasher, be soaked in water, or go in the freezer. If you drop it, it's likely to crack or shatter. The epoxy tumblers can be designed in any way and have basically anything attached to the tumbler then coated in epoxy (IE- saw dust, glitter, etc.). Epoxy tumblers can come in any size! Epoxy tumblers can take 4-6 weeks to complete from start to finish due to the epoxy cure time, the design, and accounting for any potential hiccups. (NOT including other open orders.)
SUBLIMATION TUMBLERS are the same double walled stainless steel tumblers but they have a powder coating on them. The powder coating doesn’t give the extra insulation but keeps the cup light weight and allows it to be soaked in water, go in the freezer, and go in the dishwasher. However; any double walled stainless steel tumbler (even ones from stores) will eventually have the insulation inside break down from the heat of the dishwasher. The design on sublimation tumblers is a specially printed image that is then baked into the powder coating on the cup. Due to being baked on, it won’t wash off, get cloudy if soaked, or crack when dropped. The sublimation tumblers can have any flat image baked onto them. If you want it customized even further, I am extremely happy to spend more time on the design to include the name that will not result in needing the use for vinyl or an epoxy coating. CURRENTLY sublimation tumblers only come in 20oz and 30oz skinny sized tumblers. Sublimation tumblers can take 1-2 days to complete. Most likely just a couple of hours and be ready to ship next day!

If you want a refund or to return, you will pay to ship the item(s) back, I will inspect it to see if the flaw was caused by me or an outside source. If it's my fault, I own it and will make it again for you.
♥FYI - Dropping a tumbler is not my fault. Your tumbler warping from a hot car or dishwasher is not my fault. There are distinct ways to tell what has happened to a tumbler. *pinky promise*
♥All items are handmade and will not look identical to another picture, or tumbler you have seen. I will do my best to make sure it's perfectly the way you want. Since they are custom and made for you, there may be times that minor imperfections cannot be avoided.
♥Custom tumblers are sealed with FDA compliant food grade safe epoxy and while it is coated and cured, dropping or mishandling can cause it to break.
♥ If selling in person or on another channel:
*I WILL NOT start making the tumbler(s) until we have discussed what you want and is signed off on.
*I WILL NOT begin making tumbler(s) until a 50% deposit is received. It will be listed on invoice sent to you.
These pieces are custom for you, so please allow 4-6 weeks for creation and delivery unless other arrangements are discussed.
