Shipping

You know, friendship is a beautiful thing. Something to be cherished and preserved at all costs. Now, I wouldn't want to tarnish our relationship with something like a silly misunderstanding, would we? I knew you would see it this way, which is why we are letting you know exactly how this works, upfront. If you have any questions or comments about our shipping policy (or anything, really), let me know by sending an email to anconley@gmail.com. I promise not to hold it against you.
 

Quick Answer:

♥ I ship with USPS shipping. I am NOT responsible for damaged and or lost items. Please be sure your address is correct. I package each item carefully to try and avoid any damages during shipping. Once items are shipped, I have no control over delivery times. I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to items being made to order. If there are any issues, please message me.

This shipping policy can be revised at any time by Gray Ghost. Revisions will be posted within this published policy where applicable. The last revision to this shipping policy was made May 01, 2020.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are clearly displayed on the site as well as within your cart prior to purchase. The shipping charges displayed are for shipment via USPS. Shipping is non-refundable. If UPS or FedEx is your preferred shipping method, we can look to see what those prices are.

Your Address

Your address must be verifiable by USPS. Please note that I DO NOT pull addresses from PayPal/Venmo/Facebook/Etc., should you use that for payment. I ONLY ACCEPT what is entered on our checkout page. If you think there is something wrong with the address you provided (such as a typo, old address, wrong zip code, etc.), please contact us ASAP at anconley@gmail.com so I can correct the issue prior to the shipment of your order. I am not responsible for parcels that are shipped to an address that was incorrectly provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address and I are unable to reach you to clarify the issue in a timely manner, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee. As previously stated, shipping is non-refundable. If a notice is left for pick-up at the address that was provided by the customer and the item is unclaimed after the time standards set by your local parcel carrier's office, the item will be returned to us as "Unclaimed". If this happens, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee (shipping is still non-refundable).

If something goes wrong...

Here is the ugly truth of the matter. I'm not responsible for items that have been shipped to an address that was incorrectly provided by you, have been stolen, or have been lost by the parcel carrier. In the unlikely event of your parcel was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to anconley@gmail.com, and I can review the issue further. I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment and credit appropriately. All orders placed are subject to the terms of our shipping policy.

Turn Around Time and Shipping ETA

Unless otherwise stated, apparel designs can take up to between 1-5 days before shipping out. Tumbler orders can take between 4-6 weeks to complete and then will be shipped. Other accessories can take up to as little as 3 days to complete. Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the wonderful carrier for USPS. They are the ones that make the  final delivery to you. If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please feel free to test or email me and I will do our very best to get the order to you by the date that it is needed.
