General Product Information & Policies

All products listed on www.grayghostdesigns.com are described to the best of our abilities, and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error. Should such an error occur, please let us know (that way we can make all things right with the world).

General Return Policy

Although we truly are an amazing and rare breed, there are unfortunately...situations...in which we may find ourselves from time to time. When this happens (not that it is often), I like to have a backup plan, a proverbial Escape Hatch (because we are just cool and prepared like that).

Can I return it?

Well, that depends on the issue. If you just don't like the item (unlikely, but we can ponder)...well...I take a tough love stance. By purchasing the item, you have deprived someone else of an awesome item, and therefore have left no room for the ugly beast of buyer's remorse. I suggest selling it on ebay or craigslist/marketplace for a profit, or perhaps giving it to someone as a thoughtful gift. If your item was received broken, non-functioning, or damaged in some way that renders it useless (yet again, unlikely, but since we are already traveling down a hypothetical path), then please email me at anconley@gmail.com within 10 days after proof delivery. Please note that this time frame stands for any issues with any order whatsoever. Once the 7 days from delivery have passed, I will try my hardest for us to come together on the best solution! 

Defective vs. Non-Defective Items and RMA

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

RMA: An order can be returned in the unlikely event that it is found to be broken, defective, or damaged upon delivery. In this unlikely event, the issue with the order must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To report an issue with an order, please contact me by sending an email to anconley@gmail.com. Please note that we are not responsible for compatibility issues, as our products are described with photos and specification requirements, measurements, etc., on the site when the item is being offered for sale.

 

Defective Items: Once you have prearranged your return with me, I will issue a USPS Return label and RMA form to the email you have on file. You will be asked to print out the RMA, complete it, and include it with the defective item (the RMA for MUST be included with the defective item for your return to be processed). The USPS return label must be printed within a week of it being received, otherwise it will expire, and you will be responsible for shipping the item back at your cost to receive a refund or replacement of your item. Once you have the item packaged up and ready to go, you can drop it off at any USPS location. I would not advise leaving the package for your mail carrier to pick up. There can be further damage done and if it's more than what you described to me, that forfeits your refund/return/exchange request. When we have received your item, it will be inspected for the defect/damage as described by you, the customer. After we have found the problem, as replacement item will be made for you. If I am unable to recreate the item for you, a refund will be given.

Non-Defective Items: This is only allowed under special circumstances and at our discretion. The item must still be within its original packaging, unopened and non-damaged in any way, shape, or form in order to qualify for consideration. You would pre-arrange your return with us just as you would for a defective item, with the exception that you would pay the return postage. Postage for this item would be non-refundable. The item must be postmarked within 7 days of the arrangement being made and the RMA form being issued (again, the form must be included with the item in order to be processed). Please note, refusing a package is not considered an authorized return and is not recommended. If your package is returned as refused, you will be refunded for the order at 75% due to a restocking fee (shipping is still non-refundable).

Warranty

Apparel: Just like Express, Abercrombie, Old Navy, Gap, etc., all items must be unworn and an issue or defect of my own. Like above, if you just change your mind and don't want it anything, there is nothing that I will be able to do. But please, don't take a match to the items and say they showed up to you that way. That would be kind of mean. I put time and love into my items, I sure do you hope you love it. 

Tumblers: The tumblers should arrive to you in pristine condition but we all know things may happen. A broken lid, a cup completely shattered (Thanks Jenn! ;) - no, I really do love her and her awesomeness to let me remake her Starbucks cup and upgrade her purchase), there is only so much a tumbler can take before it simply becomes your fault. There are ways we can tell if the tumbler has been used in a microwave (plastic ONLY), they have been washed in the dish washer, they have fallen off your husbands truck, cracks, and so on. Please contact me and we will work something out. I will not be able to remake the tumbler for free unless it's a fault of my own. You have 14 days after delivery (indicated by the tracking information) to notify me of any flaws or defects that you find. Failure to comply means I may lose a customer and I really don't want that. It would make me sad.

Let's just say this: I will do everything in my power to make you happy and some to the best outcome that we can. Whether that's me redoing something, refunding, a simple return, whatever! I just want you to be happy and smile when you use my products. I'm proud of my work and I want you to be proud of my designs. 

Payment Information

All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card (or PayPal) is charged when you place your order. All orders must be paid for in US Dollars (and are priced as such). Please note that we do not store your credit card information on our servers. Ever. In accordance with the CCPA and other privacy laws, check out what we do collect here.
